Fit Founder Collective ("FFC," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand of Evergreen Wellness Collective LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit www.fitfoundercollective.com (the "Site") or interact with our services.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party tools we use to run our business.

Information you give us. When you sign up for our email list, complete the Founder Performance Scorecard, fill out a contact form, book a call, purchase a program or membership, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, billing address, payment information (handled by our payment processor, we do not store full card numbers), scheduling details, and any messages or content you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers may collect: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, time spent on pages, and similar usage data.

Information from third parties. Service providers may share information with us, such as payment confirmations from our payment processor and scheduling details from our booking platform.

Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work. These are always on.

Analytics and advertising technologies are different. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel do not load at all until you accept them using the banner shown on your first visit. If you choose "Essential only," or you make no choice, those scripts are never loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

We also record the campaign parameters, referring website, and landing page from the link you arrived on, and attach them to a form if you choose to submit one. This tells us which channels bring founders to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments and bookings; communicate with you about your account, purchases, and events; send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time; understand how the Site is used; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud or misuse.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have similar rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money.

EU/UK residents (GDPR). Where applicable, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Our legal bases for processing include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

Children's Privacy

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services, or as required by law. We then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
