Assumption of risk
Exercise, strength training, and group fitness carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, joint injuries, and cardiovascular events. By participating, you voluntarily assume those risks. You are responsible for knowing your limits, stopping when something is wrong, and disclosing relevant health information to your instructor or coach.
In-person workouts in Portland require an additional signed waiver before participation.
Results
Testimonials and results we share reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees. Outcomes depend on your own effort, consistency, starting point, and many factors outside our control.
Income and revenue
We do not guarantee revenue, income, sales or business results of any kind. Our programs are about the work you complete: the asks you make, the follow-ups you send, the offers you put in front of people, and the training and habits that support them. That activity is within your control. What it earns is not, and it depends on your market, your offer, your pricing, your experience, your effort and conditions we have no part in.
Where we describe revenue as the scoreboard, we mean that revenue-producing activity is what we measure and hold you to. It is not a promise of a specific financial outcome. Any revenue figures, targets or examples used in our materials are illustrative or belong to a specific individual, and they are not a representation of what you or anyone else should expect to earn.
We are not accountants, financial advisors, tax advisors or investment advisors, and nothing we provide is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.
Mental health
We talk openly about founder stress, isolation, and burnout because founders live with them. We are not therapists or psychiatrists, and FFC is not mental health treatment. No professional relationship
Using this site or participating in our programs does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship between you and FFC, Evergreen Wellness Collective LLC, or any of our coaches, staff, or contractors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Evergreen Wellness Collective LLC, Fit Founder Collective, and their owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in our programs, events, or use of our content.
